Puffin Muffins

As part of our baking day we baked some Puffin Muffins. They are very easy and most would have all ingredients on hand without making a trip to the store. We eat these for snacks and breakfast with some fruit.

What you need

1 1/2 Cup Flour

1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

1/3 Cup Butter

3/4 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Milk

For Dipping

1/4 Cup Butter

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

1/2 Cup Sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Another bowl beat egg, butter, vanilla and sugar until well blended. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture and beat in milk. Bake 20 minutes or until tootpick comes out clean. Let cool for 2 minutes remove from pan.

Melt butter. In separate bowl combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Dip in butter then in mixture.
