Broccoli Dip

1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded mozzarella - divided
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10oz) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
1 small jar diced pimientos, drained

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, broccoli and pimientos.

Spread into 9-inch pie plate.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Continue baking 5 minutes or until mozzarella cheese is melted.

Serve with crackers or bread.
