I'm failing!!!

I'm am calling myself a failure. As for right now I am withdrawing myself from the Eat from the Pantry and No Spend Challenge. I have already spend $110 this week. Between getting Tinleigh on a different formula, buying more healthy food for my family and needing to buy joint supplements for our Great Dane, it's not working out. I have prayed about it and feel this is not the month. God will see us through and he will provide for us.

I am putting all my energy into eating more healthy foods, cooking from scratch, and going to try and finish the month with spending $100 a week on groceries and household items. I say this is my plan but usually when you plan something out God has different plans. I am praying that I will be able to put a little money back into our Emergency Fund this month, but the goal is to have a healthy family!!! My number one priority it to get Tinleigh better! Thank you for the kind emails, comments and prayers you have sent. It makes me feel good to know that someone is actually reading my blog.

  1. you haven't failed. You are NOT a failure. First thing having a no spending month isn't realistic. I cut the food budget down to $120/mo and the non-food down to $200/mo( always higher).Tashy our lab had to have emergency surgery and meds.I had to get meds for myself for an ear/sinus infection and it's only the 6th of the month. As long as you eat mostly out of your pantry adding fresh veggies and fruit, use what is in season in your area to keep the cost down, you are eating out of your pantry. As far as no spending, unrealistic at this point , just cut where you can.
