Please Join Me

I have been saying I need to lose some weight for awhile now. Well, Tinleigh is going to be 10 months in a couple weeks. I just keep pushing it off! Here it is April and I want to be able to wear a bathing suit without looking like a whale. So I need your help, PLEASE!!!!

Join me, keep me accountable for my actions. I need to stop drinking soda, that's the major thing. But, I want to eat better. It doesn't help there is still Easter candy here. I am just gonna have to muster up the will power. Here is what I want to do:

1. Cut out soda

2. Drink at least 640z of water a day

3. Consume as lots of fruits and veggies

4. Try to get in some sort of activity a day.

I would like to lose 15+ pounds. I will be weighing in on Monday and sharing what I am eating, drinking, and so forth. If you're lucky I will post pictures. I love comments and if you join me on my journey I would love to follow your's.


  1. You can give up soda. I've been off of it for a few years now. I don't drink caffeine at all anymore. It's difficult at first but the rewards are worth it, it's just nasty empty calories and have you ever seen a penny after it's sat in a cola over night? ick!! That's what it does to your body.

    Just throw the Easter candy away, none of you need it. We gorge ourselves for a day then throw the rest away lol.
