Shoulda, Coulda, Woulda

I should have grown a garden. If I would have known that Tinleigh's diet would rely so heavily on produce at this point in time, I would have. Next year I plan on it. I grew up with large gardens. My Dad and Grandma had huge gardens, the size of a corn field. They sold most of the produce and made extra money. Boy, do I wish I had a green thumb. I can bearley keep my flowers alive.

  1. find a farmer's market.I have to eat a lot of fresh produce due to allergies to preservative and exteremly low sodium diet.I hit all the farmer's markets, usually on Sat.Go when they FIRST open for the freshest OR right before they CLOSE for the cheapest. When they are closing I will offer less than they are asking and hope they don't want to drag it home with them. Container gardens are good and read Square Foot gardening for the easiest (most produce I've ever dealt with )way to garden
